Irene Demetriou is the CEO of FamigliaEight., a strategic creative consultancy, which helps organisations, brands and individuals navigate forward through business and brand development and an integrated comms and marketing approach. 

She graduated from King's College London with a BA in EU Studies and International Relations and an MA in Conflict, Security, and Development, as well as an LLB from UoL. She formerly worked at the European Commission and the largest law firm in the Mediterranean before launching FamigliaEight. She is the co-founder of Crowdfunding Cyprus as well as the creator of Brand&Business.

Irene is a high-profile entrepreneur, who frequently gives trainings and talks on topics such as new business, digital transformation, personal branding and leveraging your brand for success. 

Christina Aristidou is a business lawyer with executive experience and expertise in multinational corporations turned into a successful high-performance coach, mentor, trainer, and mindset expert recently awarded as the Best Stress & Resilience Coach 2023 (Mediterranean). 

She is the CEO of Shine Bright and Thrive, coaching, mentoring and training individuals and groups to level up their mindset, skyrocket their performance in life and in business, and unleash their full potential. Christina is a sought-after motivational speaker, hosting and participating in online and in person transformational events around the world. 

She is the regional director of the Global Woman Club Cyprus and she is having the weekly broadcast talk show ‘Life Skills’ on the morning tv show Alpha Kalimera on Alpha TV Cyprus.
